Key Responsibilities Product Ownership & Delivery • Take complete end-to-end ownership of product initiatives, from initial concept through successful launch and iteration • Drive product strategy and roadmap execution with unwavering commitment to quality and timeline adherence • Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards before release to production • Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility

Cross-Functional Leadership • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Manage dependencies and resolve blockers across multiple teams and departments • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes transparency and accountability

Communication & Stakeholder Management • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in clear, actionable terms • Provide regular, detailed progress updates to leadership and key stakeholders • Lead product meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives with clear agendas and outcomes • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions

Technical Collaboration • Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints and opportunities • Participate in technical discussions to inform product decisions and trade-offs • Review and provide feedback on technical specifications and system architecture proposals • Understand system integrations, APIs, and data flows to make informed product decisions

Quality & Process Management • Establish and maintain quality gates throughout the product development lifecycle • Implement and refine processes that ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables • Conduct thorough product testing and coordinate UAT with relevant stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on post-launch analysis and feedback

Required Qualifications Professional Experience • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in a technical environment • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products on time and within scope • Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members • History of taking complete ownership of products from inception to launch

Technical Knowledge • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies • Basic to intermediate programming knowledge (ability to read and understand code) • Understanding of system architecture, databases, APIs, and web technologies • Familiarity with technical concepts such as scalability, performance, and security considerations • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field • Experience with B2B/B2C product development • Previous experience in startup or high-growth environments • Familiarity with data analytics and user research methodologies • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
