As a Technical Product Manager in the Applied Innovation Tribe, you own the strategy and lifecycle of agentic AI solutions. You work with cross-divisional experts to translate business needs into epics and drive end-to-end delivery in an agile setup. You establish reusable, scalable practices and ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs. You will shape foundational AI capabilities that enable safe, scalable deployment across the firm.

• Own agent-/capability planning from business requirements to epics and stories, and steer sprint delivery as the interface between business and engineering
• Facilitate workshops and apply methodology to structure projects, promote agentic and generative AI adoption, and build scalable solutions
• Collaborate with engineering on POCs, implementation, testing, and KPI monitoring across development to production
• Deliver AI Agent or Agentic Systems projects end-to-end within an agile Scrum framework

Aufgaben

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Business Informatics or equivalent practical experience
• Several years of experience as Technical Product Owner or Technical Product Developer with a focus on advanced AI projects
• Strong product mindset and ability to plan a product roadmap
• Ability to engage in system design and data flows with senior engineers
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive governance, safety, or trust guarantees in product implementation
• Strong software and data engineering skills including data modeling; knowledge of MCP is a plus
• Experience with AI development tools; Google ADK highly preferred
• Fluency in English; German reading proficiency beneficial
