Technical Product Manager - Full Stack

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Architecture Leadership

• Own end-to-end product architecture lifecycle from design to production.
• Drive API-First architecture design, microservices decomposition, and cloud infrastructure decisions.
• Govern API backend layers including API Layer, Data Access Layer, Storage, and AI Platform.
• Ensure secure API gateway design and compliance standards.

Product Delivery & Collaboration

• Lead end-to-end product delivery across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define requirements and timelines.
• Implement Agile practices including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and delivery performance.

Full-Stack & Cloud Engineering Oversight

• Manage full-stack initiatives across frontend (Next.js/React), backend (Python, Node.js), and databases.
• Oversee AWS infrastructure including AppRunner, EC2, RDS, EBS, and S3.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of applications.

AI/ML & Innovation

• Conduct R&D in LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI systems.
• Design AI pipelines including ingestion, chunking, embedding, and LLM integration.
• Integrate ERP and enterprise systems into AI-driven solutions.
• Leverage low-code/no-code tools to accelerate development.

Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical product/project management with architecture ownership.
• Strong expertise in full-stack technologies : Next.js, React, Python, Node.js.
• Experience with GraphQL (Hasura), REST APIs, and API governance.
• Database experience with PostgreSQL and PG Vector.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, AppRunner).
• Strong knowledge of microservices and DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control).
• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
