Lustrew Dynamics is a fast-growing AI innovation company building solutions across FinTech, MedTech, GovTech, and intelligent infrastructure systems. We specialize in real-time AI platforms, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and commercially deployable software systems designed for scale.

We are currently assembling a specialized team to build OptimumAI, Nigeria’s first AI-powered Out-of-Home advertising intelligence platform.

The Technical Product Manager will play a critical role in translating business goals, client needs, and technical requirements into a structured product roadmap that guides successful execution from discovery through delivery.

This role is contingent upon successful contract signing with Optimum Exposures Limited.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution • Lead end-to-end product execution for the OptimumAI platform from project kickoff through deployment and handover. • Translate client goals, commercial priorities, and operational workflows into clear product requirements. • Define the product roadmap, release sequencing, and milestone structure for the project lifecycle. • Ensure all major platform modules are aligned with agreed project scope, business value, and delivery timelines. • Balance short-term delivery priorities with long-term platform scalability and commercial viability.

Requirements Gathering & Product Definition • Gather, refine, and document product requirements from internal stakeholders and the client. • Break down high-level project vision into functional product modules, feature sets, and implementation phases. • Create and maintain product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications. • Clarify edge cases, dependencies, and workflow requirements across platform modules such as traffic analytics, reporting, surge pricing, geo-fencing, and attribution. • Ensure engineering teams have sufficient product clarity before development begins.

Cross-Functional Team Coordination • Coordinate the work of engineering, data, design, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure consistent product execution. • Act as the central bridge between technical teams and client/business stakeholders. • Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, progress reviews, and internal product check-ins. • Ensure dependencies between teams are identified early and addressed proactively. • Support alignment across backend systems, AI/ML components, dashboards, APIs, and operational tooling.

Client & Stakeholder Management • Serve as a key point of coordination for product discussions with Optimum Exposures and internal leadership. • Present product progress, milestone status, and implementation decisions in a clear and structured way. • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope, tradeoffs, timelines, and delivery phases. • Convert client feedback into actionable product decisions without losing execution discipline. • Help guide product decisions that support commercial viability, usability, and long-term maintainability.

Roadmap, Milestones & Delivery Management • Define realistic milestone plans and delivery phases for a 9–12 month enterprise platform build. • Track project progress against timelines, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. • Identify risks to delivery and escalate blockers early. • Ensure milestone outputs are clearly documented and ready for review, testing, and sign-off. • Support launch readiness planning, handover preparation, and final deployment coordination.

Quality, Testing & Acceptance Oversight • Work with QA and engineering teams to ensure features are developed according to requirements and user flows. • Validate that delivered features meet intended product behavior before client review. • Oversee acceptance criteria for major modules and coordinate UAT readiness. • Ensure product releases are coherent, testable, and operationally usable. • Help maintain a high bar for functionality, usability, and business relevance.

Documentation & Operational Readiness • Maintain organized documentation across roadmap decisions, workflows, requirements, and release planning. • Ensure the product is documented clearly enough for future maintenance, support, and commercial handover. • Contribute to platform handover documentation, including product logic, feature behavior, and admin workflows. • Support internal training, demo preparation, and knowledge transfer where needed.

Required Skills & ExperienceEducation & Background • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field. • 4–6+ years of experience in product management, technical product delivery, or software implementation roles. • Experience managing software products from concept through production deployment. • Experience working with engineering teams in fast-paced product or platform environments.

Technical Product Skills • Strong technical product management capability across web platforms, dashboards, APIs, and workflow-based systems. • Ability to convert business goals into structured product requirements and engineering-ready specifications. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and enterprise product delivery. • Experience managing product backlogs, sprint planning, release cycles, and milestone-based delivery. • Familiarity with AI-powered platforms, analytics systems, SaaS platforms, or infrastructure products.

Project & Workflow Management • Strong experience with agile product workflows, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional coordination. • Ability to manage multi-team delivery across engineering, design, data, QA, and operations. • Strong understanding of roadmap planning, tradeoff management, prioritization, and execution control. • Ability to manage structured progress reporting and stakeholder communication.

Tools & Platform Familiarity • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or similar product/project management systems. • Experience working with technical teams building API-driven platforms. • Comfort reading technical workflows, system architecture concepts, and product implementation dependencies. • Familiarity with analytics dashboards, enterprise workflow systems, or data-driven platforms is an advantage.

Bonus / Preferred Skills • Experience managing AI, analytics, or data platform products. • Experience with infrastructure-heavy or enterprise B2B software projects. • Familiarity with geospatial, ad-tech, media-tech, or campaign reporting systems. • Experience working on platforms that involve dashboards, reporting layers, and multi-role user workflows. • Exposure to cloud-native product delivery environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₦350,000.00 - ₦450,000.00 per month
