About the role

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of a Salesforce Revenue Cloud platform supporting end‑to‑end revenue operations. This role owns the product roadmap across CPQ, Billing, Pricing, and Contract Lifecycle Management, and serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.

This is a highly visible role supporting Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations. It is ideal for a Product Manager who is hands‑on with Salesforce, comfortable in technical discussions, and experienced with complex enterprise implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Salesforce Product Owner
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ and/or Billing)
  • Strong understanding of Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) processes
  • Experience writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, CPQ Specialist, or Platform App Builder)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or financial systems
  • Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, or complex pricing models
  • Experience supporting Finance and Legal workflows within Salesforce
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Miro
