About the role

As a Technical Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with a Forge product team as a Scrum Product Owner. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with Product Managers and users to define and prioritize software requirements. You will lead the execution of technology projects, working with internal and external users to support evolving needs. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with a Forge product team as a Scrum Product Owner - Collaborate with Product Managers and users to define and prioritize software requirements - Lead the execution of technology projects - Maintain and develop a pipeline of new features and enhancements - Lead acceptance testing activities - Utilize written communication to analyze and specify product requirements

Qualifications: - 5-7 years of work experience in a business analyst, product analyst, or product manager role - Experience in finance, banking, capital markets, or other enterprise applications within the financial services industry - Hands-on technology project execution experience, specifically in the development of software as a service product - Proven experience with Agile SDLC and quality assurance concepts - Clear understanding of system integrations and API concepts - Ability to adapt to changing demands and business requirements - Strong ability to troubleshoot and propose solutions for complex situations - Experience working with USA-based teams and counterparts - Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical business users - An undergraduate degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or finance - Systematic and analytical problem-solving ability - Ability to deep dive into data, identify opportunities, and drive sustainable improvements - Appetite for change and pushing boundaries
