Technical Product Specification Analyst

Enhance product data accuracy as a Technical Product Specification Analyst. Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain SAP system specifications effectively.

This role is crucial in collecting, analyzing, and improving product specifications, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations. You'll work across various departments, including Quality Assurance and Product Development, to ensure all inputs into the SAP Recipe Development system are accurate. Your analytical mindset will help identify inconsistencies and optimize the specification process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen documentation from ingredient and packaging suppliers
• Ensure specifications are accurate within the SAP system
• Manage and analyze technical data for multiple projects
• Support cross-functional communication for project updates
• Assist in training efforts related to system utilization

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Assurance
• 2+ years in product specifications or related analysis
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid communication skills, French is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
