Qualifications and Experience of Technical Program Management Director

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience with 9 years in relevant roles.
• 7+ years of experience with engineering, technical program management, product management, or related functions for candidates with a degree.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives across multiple domains.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills for diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, assistive technologies, and creating inclusive digital experiences.
