Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead and integrate complex engineering, business strategy, and execution for DoD IL5/IL6 programs. You will drive the lifecycle of technical initiatives across network, cloud, and security domains, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with MPE mission goals. You’ll navigate regulatory requirements, RMF processes, and security hardening to enable mission-critical operations. This position offers a high-energy environment with meaningful impact on DoD connectivity and cyber defense capabilities.

• Lead program initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring
• Direct medium-to-large projects on time and within scope and budget
• Facilitate meetings with end-users, government stakeholders, and executives
• Oversee RMF lifecycle, NIST 800-53 controls, DISA security requirements, and STIG hardening
• Coordinate cybersecurity activities to manage ACAS findings and POA&M tracking
• Develop program documentation (charters, CONOPS, ROMs, requirements, design docs, test plans)
• Translate mission requirements into technical roadmaps and milestones
• Assign tasks, track progress, mitigate delays, and ensure deliverables
• Oversee contract actions and financial tasks; interface with stakeholders

Aufgaben

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Active DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification
• 8+ years IT project/program management experience (or 10+ years substituting for degree)
• Working knowledge of Azure architecture components
• Experience deploying secure cloud infrastructure in regulated environments
• RMF lifecycle activities, security documentation, and continuous monitoring
• ATO collaboration with cross-functional teams
• DISA STIG compliance, patch management, and system hardening
• CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployment
• Change management, incident response, and system monitoring
