Job Summary
Our client a leading communications provider is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
We are seeking a highly analytical Technical Program Manager to oversee a quality program focused on IP-based streaming services and integrated digital entertainment. This role leads a small team of four and is responsible for the end-to-end quality of experience for users accessing services through various digital platforms and internet-connected devices.
The scope of this position involves managing the complex integration and activation flows of high-priority service bundles. You will focus on optimizing these processes to ensure a frictionless user journey, which is a critical component of the company's long-term strategy to increase user engagement and reduce attrition.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a specialized team of four direct reports focused on quality assurance and technical metrics
- Manage the quality lifecycle for streaming applications, specifically focusing on internet-based delivery models rather than traditional hardware
- Optimize the activation and authentication flows for third-party service integrations to ensure a high-quality, seamless user experience
- Work cross-functionally with network and hardware teams to identify and resolve bugs that impact service delivery and connectivity
- Collaborate with data teams to architect metrics that track system health, activation success rates, and customer retention
- Create and manage monitoring and alerting workflows to ensure rapid detection and resolution of any service interruptions
- Coordinate between internal software development teams and external partners to drive progress on UI/UX improvements and technical fixes
- Present data-driven insights and program updates to executive leadership to guide strategic decision-making
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- 5+ years of experience in program management, technical analysis, or a related field
- Educational background or professional experience rooted in analytics, mathematics, or the physical sciences, with a strong emphasis on scientific problem-solving
- Proficiency in data querying and analysis using SQL and visualization platforms like Tableau
- Experience with system monitoring and observability tools for real-time alerting
- Understanding of general technical architectures, including APIs and database structures
- Ability to utilize modern technical tools and AI-driven analysis to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across various internal and external stakeholders

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $130,000 and $140,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
