About the role

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with experience in the heavy equipment/offload machinery industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while also having a solid understanding of software and systems engineering concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate technical programs related to offload/heavy machinery projects.
  • Work closely with software, systems, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support program planning, resource coordination, and execution activities.
  • Understand software/system-level functionality to effectively guide discussions and decisions.
  • Drive issue resolution, status reporting, and program updates.
  • Ensure alignment between engineering teams, project goals, and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
  • Background within heavy equipment, construction machinery, mining equipment, or offload machinery industry.
  • Good understanding of software systems, system integration, or embedded systems.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with CAT/Caterpillar-related projects or similar industrial environments.
  • Exposure to autonomous systems, connected vehicles, or industrial software platforms.
  • PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification is a plus.
