You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of standardized application development processes for the global Google Data Center (GDC) organization.
- Enable the collection of critical path process metrics from Tech Optimization and Platform Solutions (TOPS) managed systems.
- Aid in the development and implementation of a horizontal customer engagement process to efficiently triage, prioritize, and route feedback from TOPS stakeholders and system users.
- Support the establishment of a GDC process and systems architecture framework to enable strategic prioritization and decision-making related to process re-engineering and system development programs.
- Provide technical program management support for GDC operational domains (e.g., data center operations, CSRM) as needed.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with data analytics and process.
- Experience managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in technical program management, managing all phases of a project and leading daily activities.
- 3 years of program management experience redefining the process, designing business solutions through lean project management.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Knowledge of data centers, cloud operations, facilities management, engineering and construction.
- Ability to work with engineering for product implementation to deliver business tools and systems.

- Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
- Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
- Holidays: 13 paid days per year
Compensation
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
