We are urgently looking for an experienced Program Manager to support a critical engagement in Johannesburg, South Africa on a staff augmentation basis.

This is a high-visibility role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end program delivery expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams
• Drive capacity planning, resource allocation, and delivery governance
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations at senior levels
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and program performance
• Ensure effective use of Microsoft Project & project management toolkits
• Lead organizational change and ensure smooth program execution
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes

• Proven experience as a Program Manager / Senior Project Manager
• Strong expertise in:
  • Capacity planning & delivery management
  • Stakeholder & client management
  • Financial oversight & budgeting
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and PM tools
• Strong understanding of organizational behavior & talent management
• Demonstrated leadership in:
  • Driving change
  • Managing complex programs
  • Delivering under tight timelines
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
