About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive definition and alignment of technology initiatives and projects with key stakeholders and teams.
- Author functional specs and documentation.
- Create schedules and milestones for technology initiatives and projects.
- Ensure teams understand goals and manage delivery through all phases of development.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify risks in advance and drive the team towards successful resolution before the risks turn into fires.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- Experience integrating or managing AI-driven features in large-scale online services (e.g., matchmaking, personalization, moderation).
- Understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation strategies in consumer-facing applications.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps for scalable service delivery.
- Experience authoring technical documentation and functional specs for Azure-based architectures.
- Background in game development pipelines, including collaboration with design, engineering, and art teams.
- Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal) and how technical program management supports creative iteration and milestone delivery.
- Experience in coordinating across disciplines (engineering, design, art, QA) to deliver quality game features on schedule.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$120,000k - 140,000k CAD annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
