Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and oversee software development projects from start to completion. • Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines. • Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the development team. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. • Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks for the development team. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues quickly. • Participate in technical discussions and support architectural decisions. • Review code, provide technical guidance, and support the team when needed. • Facilitate Agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Communicate project updates and technical progress to stakeholders and management.

Requirements: • Minimum BSC • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
