About Our Client

Our client is hiring a Technical Project Manager to support delivery across multiple software development initiatives. This is a hands-on technical delivery role, not a traditional administrative PM position.

The organization is a technology company specializing in intelligent video, AI, and data solutions that improve safety across transportation systems. Their platforms are used in school buses, public transit, and smart city infrastructure, combining video analytics, telematics, and edge computing.

The company is engineering-led, fast-moving, and highly collaborative, with a strong focus on building practical technology that has real-world impact in transportation safety and monitoring systems.

What You'll Do

• Hands-on technical project delivery role working closely with software engineering teams across complex, full-stack systems.
• Strong focus on end-to-end delivery of software initiatives across backend, frontend, and infrastructure environments.
• Highly collaborative, engineering-driven environment with direct exposure to technical teams and leadership.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in project management within a software or technical environment.
• Background in software development OR strong experience working closely with engineering teams in a technical delivery role.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how software is built and released.
• Experience managing technical projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with software engineers and translate technical discussions into execution plans.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

• $100,000 – $120,000 base salary.
• Extended health, dental, and vision.
• 3 weeks vacation.
