Your Mission

The Technical Project Manager/ Engineering Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Engineering products and technical projects. This role bridges engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to drive execution, align priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions on time. The Delivery Manager will oversee engineering teams, optimize processes, manage dependencies, and remove blockers to enable predictable and efficient delivery

Responsibilities

• Delivery Management
  • Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met
  • Define delivery roadmaps in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership
  • Track progress, manage risks, and proactively address issues to keep delivery on track
• Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner with engineering leads to balance technical debt, new feature development, and operational priorities
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, QA and design
  • Mentor, coach, and support engineering team members in agile delivery best practices
• Process & Continuous Improvement
  • improve team efficiency
  • Drive process improvements that enhance delivery predictability and reduce bottlenecks
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning
• Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies clearly to leadership and stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans with clear priorities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related queries and escalations

We look forward to

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or delivery management roles
• Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects in an agile environment
• Strong knowledge of development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments
