technology Project Manager – Equity Derivatives

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of equity derivatives tech projects, managing dependencies, risks and regulatory deadlines with zero slippage tolerance
• Report to MD/Director-level stakeholders; facilitate steering committees across trading, risk, finance and ops
• Own JIRA governance—configuration, dashboards, automation—and drive agile ceremonies
• Coordinate releases around EOD batch windows and regulatory submissions (FRTB, SIMM, Basel)

What You Need

• 7+ years capital markets tech project management with equity derivatives expertise (vanilla/exotic products, Greeks)
• Expert JIRA skills; experience with regulatory-driven technology change
• Agile/hybrid delivery background; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred

Nice to Have

• EOD batch and risk platform exposure; familiarity with FRTB, CCAR, Basel IV
• Confluence experience; quant dev collaboration background
