Responsibilities

• Drive strategic technology change management across the electronic trading platform
• Work closely with front-office team and senior leaders to set strategy
• Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs and projects
• Gather and analyze requirements across business, engineering, and senior leadership stakeholders
• Analyze upstream and downstream data dependencies
• Manage stakeholder expectations by creating and maintaining product roadmaps, project documents, and updates
• Collaborate with teams across multiple areas to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of technical project management for Fixed Income/Rates trading technology within an asset management or other financial services environment
• Knowledgeable with asset class knowledge
• Experience working with systems for trading, valuations, compliance, risk
• Hands-on project experience related to trading systems, trade flows, and in-line execution controls
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with technical and non-technical professionals
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and to proactively anticipate, identify, prevent, and resolve issues.
• Ability to utilize SQL for work with large datasets
