Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong Solution Architecture experience who can lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements, technical design, and project execution to ensure successful, high-quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management

Lead end-to-end project delivery (initiation to closure)

Define scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans

Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests

Track project progress and report status to stakeholders

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

- Solution Architecture

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Design high-level architecture (HLD) and review low-level design (LLD)

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards

Evaluate technology choices and provide recommendations

Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability

- Stakeholder Management

Act as primary interface between business, technical teams, and leadership

Conduct requirement workshops and technical discussions

Present architecture, solution approach, and delivery roadmap

- Technical Leadership

Guide development teams on best practices and design decisions

Conduct technical reviews and quality checkpoints

Ensure DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment best practices are followed

- Governance & Quality

Ensure adherence to project governance and documentation standards

Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned

Required Skills

Strong experience in Technical Project Management

Hands-on experience in Solution Architecture and system design

Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

Understanding of APIs, Microservices, Databases, and Integration patterns

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Risk management and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

~ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering / computer science

~5 - 8 years of relevant IT experience

~ PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification (Optional)

~ Cloud Architect certifications (preferred)
