Technical Project Manager Carpentry Windows

About

For my client, a family business in the West Lausanne area, I am looking for a Technical Project Manager Carpentry Windows.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation, management, supervision, and financial management of construction sites in the field of window installation
• Establish the program/schedule and review execution documents (plans)
• Control of work and follow-up with suppliers, internally, as well as with teams specialized in assembly and installation
• Follow-up of work on construction sites with architects and construction management
• Ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and the established budget
• Regular meetings on major construction sites (architects, project managers, etc.)

Qualifications

• CFC in carpentry, or a higher HES degree, or several years of experience in a similar position
• Habit of working with architects, in the field, managing pressure and stress
• Solid experience as a site manager
• Experience in window installation
• Great flexibility, demonstrating common sense, interpersonal skills, and know-how
• Mastery of standard drawing tools, Autocad and/or Cadwork
• Very good knowledge of the Ramasoft-EasyWin software, an asset
