Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead Agile delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and enterprise-level communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Oversee backlog readiness and release planning
• Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
• Ensure predictable and on-time delivery
• Identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and regulatory risks
• Provide clear status reporting to senior leadership
• Manage scope definition, WBS, milestones, and critical path
• Handle RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Tech, Product, Risk, Legal, and Ops
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts
• Influence without authority and ensure team alignment

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Project Management
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Rally
• Experience conducting Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Experience in backlog management and release planning
• Ability to manage risks and ensure delivery timelines
• Strong leadership and ownership mindset
