GRITEC is a technology partner for demanding industrial projects in product and capital goods development. We design, simulate, develop, and realize with the latest methods and engineering tools. Our own electronics/software lab, the well-equipped workshop for prototype and automation system construction, as well as an experienced simulation team support our development and design teams as well as those of our customers from idea generation to the finished industrialized product.

Technical Project Manager Mechanical Engineering (80-100%)

What to expect:

• Evaluation of customer requirements regarding feasibility, risks, and technical implementation
• Development, evaluation, and presentation of technical concepts
• Structuring, planning, and coordination of technical work packages
• Technical leadership of technical tasks within projects
• Close collaboration and support of the overall project manager
• Conducting technical reviews (internal and external)
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Technical support of sales in the offer and sales phase
• Independent management of smaller technical projects

What you bring:

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechanics, systems engineering, or mechatronics
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in technical project management
• Experience in the development of mechatronic systems
• Confident handling of CAD, PDM, and ERP systems
• Experience in the design and calculation of mechatronic plants and systems
• Basic knowledge in control technology / PLC is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Analytical thinking as well as pronounced customer and solution orientation
• Teamwork skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
