Responsibilities

• Participation in the development of obsolescence solutions and upgrade concepts for company products in in-service support
• Creation of quantity frameworks and technical content for customer-specific service and maintenance concepts
• Technical management of in-service support spare parts orders, monitoring of repairs and overhauls, and support in the optimization and further development of the in-house repair process
• Support in the planning and execution of technical reviews
• Monitoring of specialist departments for the provision of development-related tasks within the framework of in-service support projects
• Support in the negotiation of technical aspects and coordination of technical contract content with customers, partners, and suppliers
• Coordination of technical solution concepts for in-service support products and technical support of the in-service support products
• Representation of the company to subcontractors, national and international government organizations, and customers

Requirements

• Hochschulstudium oder abgeschlossene Fachschulausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in projektmanagementnahen Themen, alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet
• Gute SAP-Kenntnisse
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Teamfähigkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenz
