Role Description

Marine Search Associates is seeking a full-time Technical Project Manager specializing in Military Vessels. This on-site role, located in Stevensville, MD, will involve overseeing project planning, execution, and completion within the scope of military vessel operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating cross-departmental teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role also requires frequent monitoring of project progress and resolving technical challenges to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills, with experience in handling complex technical projects
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information effectively to various stakeholders
• Proven Team Leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to assess project performance and troubleshoot challenges
• Experience in the maritime industry, particularly in military vessel production or management, is an advantage
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field is preferred
