Your Responsibilities:

• Independent area of responsibility for project management at the Mainz plant
• Comprehensive project management (structuring, process and time planning, milestones, task description, controlling, success monitoring)
• Ensuring that projects are carried out on time and according to our specifications
• Continuous monitoring of all ongoing projects to avoid critical overlaps
• Planning and control of project scope, engineering, implementation, and lessons learned
• Support in applying for new projects according to specified standards
• Project controlling

Your Profile:

• Qualification: Training and experience in technical project management; Completed technical studies or equivalent, preferably in mechanical or process engineering
• Experience and Know-How: Basic knowledge in electrical engineering (drive technology and process control systems), mechanics, and hydraulics, Six Sigma training or equivalent is an advantage, basic knowledge in construction and infrastructure as well as HSE (Health Safety & Environment)
• Languages: German and English, written and spoken
• Personality: Teamwork, flexibility, motivation
• Work Style: Independent, team-oriented, and structured work
