Project Manager (m/w/d)

About Us

Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking construction company based in Zug, is seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/w/d) to lead and deliver diverse construction projects from A to Z — from initial planning to successful completion.

These projects range from interior space renovations to small e-mobility infrastructure developments (e.g. battery charging stations) with budgets varying from a few thousand Swiss Francs up to CHF 5 million.

Your Role

As a Project Manager (m/w/d), you will have full ownership over your projects, coordinating all phases — planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery — while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from concept to completion (e.g. building renovation projects or associated projects)
• Control budgets, schedules, and resources (up to CHF 5 million)
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements
• Mitigate risks and resolve on-site challenges proactively

What You Bring

• Fluency in German is a must
• Fluency in French and/or Italian is a significant plus
• Proven experience in managing construction projects in Switzerland (e.g. renovation, interior design, building constructions, heating systems, e-charging stations or similar)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driving licence
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
