What you can achieve
- You lead technical development projects in the area of secure communication (military / government).
- You work hands-on on the conception, development, and validation of scalable network solutions.

What you bring
- Deep know-how in network technology – ideally with CISCO experience.
- Experience with modern development approaches (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and tools like GitLab, Git, or Jenkins.
- A broad technical foundation and practical experience in: Software development (Linux, C, C++, Client-Server), Network technology (Routing, VPN, IPv6).
- A completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics.
- Experience in Requirements Engineering.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Very good communication skills to convey complex issues understandably, structured, and target-group-oriented.

About the Division
We provide secure and interoperable communication solutions for the army and national and international security agencies and are responsible for the integration, operation, and maintenance of security-relevant information, communication, and command systems. This position is part of the project to replace the army's existing Integrated Military Telecommunications System (IMFS).
