Technical Project Manager

TTC Group is seeking an experienced Technical OMS Project Manager within a Retail organization to lead and secure the implementation of the solution. Reporting to the IT and Information Systems Organisation Department (DOSI), the consultant will lead and coordinate IT, business, logistics, and integration partner teams in a highly operational, high-stakes omnichannel environment.

Responsibilities

OMS Project Management

• Lead the end-to-end OMS implementation project (scoping, design, build, testing, deployment).
• Structure and drive project governance (steering committees, planning, risks, dependencies).
• Contribute to the definition of technical interface and data flow specifications.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

OMS Technical and Functional Expertise

• Provide OMS expertise, regardless of the vendor (Manhattan, Fluent, KBRW, IBM Sterling, Salesforce OMS, SAP OMS, etc.).
• Challenge the target architecture in line with the Retail IT ecosystem (ERP, WMS, TMS, POS, e-commerce, PIM, CRM).
• Challenge technical and functional choices proposed by the system integrator.
• Oversee end-to-end flows (orders, inventory, orchestration, customer promise, returns).

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a bridge between business teams (supply chain, commerce, IT, logistics) and technical teams.
• Manage external vendors and system integrators.
• Facilitate design and specification workshops.

Quality & Go-Live

• Supervise testing phases (unit, integration, UAT).
• Secure go-live and support the operational ramp-up.
• Define and implement post–go-live performance indicators.

Required

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT project management.
• At least 5 years in Retail / Commerce (strong omnichannel experience preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience on one or more OMS implementation projects, regardless of the tool.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, and omnichannel processes.
• Solid knowledge of Retail IT architectures and integration flows (APIs, middleware).
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Project management methodologies (Agile/hybrid / Waterfall).
