About the role
About Us
We are looking for our future Technical Project Manager to support the development of hydrogen and renewable energy projects in various regions globally, notably Europe and the United States. You will join a leading international player in the hydrogen sector, specializing in the development of hydrogen infrastructure and high-power (several tens of MW) power plants.
Your Missions
Reporting to the initial project development phases, you will support Business Developers and ensure coordination between different internal resources to structure and secure projects.
As such, you will be responsible for:
Structuring Projects
- Contribute to the technical and strategic structuring of renewable energy projects.
- Consolidate project documents (planning, budget).
- Identify critical points and define mitigation plans.
- Support the implementation of administrative procedures necessary for project realization.
Providing Technical & Analytical Support
- Verify and validate the technical dimensions of power plants integrating H2.
- Perform technical simulations and sensitivity analyses to assess project feasibility and performance.
- Analyze cross-functional opportunities (e.g., fuel distribution for specific uses) and propose adapted action plans.
- Maintain proactive monitoring of your area of activity.
Responding to Tenders
- Participate in the preparation and drafting of responses to tenders and RFPs related to your zone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce structured, clear, and competitive technical proposals.
Coordinating and Communicating
- Produce clear, concise, and rigorous technical documentation.
- Simplify technical issues to convince internal and external stakeholders.
- Interact daily with all internal teams as well as local and international partners.
- Evolve effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
Your Assets for the Role
- Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in electricity or energy.
- 2 to 3 years minimum experience in the development of renewable energy projects or related sectors (BESS, e-fuel, etc.).
- Solid skills in analysis, modeling, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in simulation tools used in energy projects and excellent writing and presentation skills.
- You are structured, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Fluent English (another language is a plus).
