Technical Project Manager - Software

As a hands-on Technical Project Manager at our company, you will be leading high-impact software development projects in the banking and finance domain. Your role will require a combination of deep technical expertise in technologies such as .Net, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud, along with strong project management skills to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead & Guide: Oversee solution design, perform code reviews, and ensure clean, scalable code. - Manage Projects: Drive end-to-end delivery including scope, timelines, resources, and quality. - Team Coordination: Align developers, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX teams on sprint goals. - Agile Practices: Facilitate sprints, backlog grooming, and reporting using tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Stakeholder Liaison: Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. - Quality & Compliance: Enforce testing standards, code metrics, and BFSI security protocols.

Qualifications Required: - Experience: You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in software development, including coding, and at least 3 years in project management. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in .Net Core, C#, Microservices, PostgreSQL/SQL Server, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Docker, and REST APIs. - Methodologies & Tools: Familiarity with Agile practices, SDLC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, along with tools like JIRA, Git, and MS Project/ClickUp. - Domain Expertise: Prior experience in banking, NBFC, or fintech projects with a compliance focus. - Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, hybrid deployments, and API management.

Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or Microsoft/Azure certifications would be advantageous. - Additional Skills: Knowledge of React.js, SonarQube, vendor management, and experience working with distributed teams would be a plus.
