- Coordinate closely with engineering, product, infrastructure, and vendor teams to align requirements and execution plans
- Manage large‑scale system implementations, technology migrations, and infrastructure rollouts
- Run structured status meetings, sprint updates, and stakeholder check‑ins to ensure clear progress tracking
- Identify risks, blockers, and technical dependencies early, driving mitigation plans and escalation when needed
- Provide clear executive‑level updates for leadership on project progress, timelines, and risks
- Ensure strong project management discipline including planning, documentation, tracking, and reporting
- Support the rollout of new systems, platforms, or infrastructure improvements across multiple teams
Required Qualifications
- 3–10+ years of project management experience in technology, infrastructure, or engineering‑focused environments
- Experience working on large‑scale technology projects
- Proven experience managing technical or technology‑driven projects (system implementations, migrations, infrastructure deployments, etc.)
- Strong experience working directly with engineering or technical teams
- Experience with PM fundamentals (tools, planning, risk, SOW, budgets)
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals including planning, risk management, scope control, and delivery
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards
- Experience providing clear updates to senior leadership or executive stakeholders
- Ability to manage vendors and external partners within large programs
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
- Strong project ownership and accountability
- Clear communication across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear project plans
- Must be local to New York City and able to work onsite 3–5 days per week
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience working in media, broadcast, streaming, or entertainment environments
