Role Description

Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience ( No freshers or interns) Tradebyte, ChannelAdvisor and two of our partner clients are currently offering multiple full-time, on-site positions, including roles such as Technical Project/Program Manager, Automation Tester, and Product Manager. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ansbach, Germany. Visa sponsorship is available for review.

As a Technical Project / Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of technical projects and programs. This includes project planning, software development coordination, and ensuring project deadlines are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project implementation and delivery.

• Lead the technical project lifecycle, ensuring projects align with organisational goals and are delivered successfully.
• Collect and analyse business requirements, and define project scope, timeline, and create and manage corresponding budgets.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders; translating complex terms into understandable language and communicating project progress and updates timely.
• Anticipate risks, create mitigation plans, and address technical challenges, keeping projects on track and within specified parameters.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and ensuring the high standards of project management are consistently met.
• Stay updated with the latest technical project management trends and best practices, ensuring they are adopted when beneficial.

Qualifications

• Program Management and Project Management skills
• Automation Tester, and Product Manager
• Experience in coordinating software development projects
• Analytical skills for identifying project risks and dependencies
• Strong project planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience working in Agile methodologies is a plus
• Familiarity with the fashion and lifestyle industry is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree / Graduation
• Experience with project management tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English language , German is added advantage
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities.
