Technical Project Manager / Program Manager (m/f/d)

Experience Required

• 5 to 15 years (No freshers / interns) as this is a new process migration so we have open roles across the levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical project/program lifecycle
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech & business)
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project challenges
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders ( English only)
• Drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement
• Mentor junior team members

Preferred Required Skills

• Project / Program Management expertise
• Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Automation Testing / Product Management (role-specific)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, or similar PM tools
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Graduation
• English proficiency (German is a plus)
