About the role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience in either agency or in-house environments, with exposure to technology-focused hiring.
  • Prior experience supporting hiring within fast-paced industries such as financial services, fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth environments is preferred.
  • Strong experience recruiting for technical roles including software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, product, data science, and related technology functions.
  • Proven ability to review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, evaluate technical skill alignment, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics/reporting tools preferred.
