Description

To provide recruitment overflow support including job posting, resume review, Hirevue videos and candidate prescreens.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience with Hirevue video reviews
  • Experience with Google Suite (email, shortcuts, sheets, features and enhancements)
  • Experience of using Workday as your ATS
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience
  • A track record of success and passion in permanent hire recruiting (either agency or in-house), with a solid understanding (2+ years) of the full life-cycle of recruitment and behavioural interview techniques, as well as:
    • Well established relationship management skills with clients and candidates
  • Previous experience as a recruiter sourcing Technical/IT Roles is required.
  • A confident communicator who can engage in a discussion, listen and ascertain relevant information from clients and candidates
  • You don’t shy away from changes in technology or process, you can adapt to new ways of working and help others do the same
  • Grace under pressure; you’re the one who always keeps your cool with a “Can-Do” attitude, even as the pace speeds up.
  • You can juggle multiple priorities like a pro - with the ability to master your time management skills
  • You bring strong critical thinking skills and the ability to assess situations strategically and develop a collaborative approach
  • Practical experience with an Applicant Tracking System in an environment where a high degree of data integrity is the norm

Deliverables

As an Experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, Deals Mergers & Acquisition, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identify, engage, and attract mid to senior‑level, passive technical talent across financial services, private equity and consulting industries using targeted sourcing and direct outreach strategies.
  • Proactively build and maintain diverse, future‑ready talent pipelines for corporate finance, financial modelling, valuations and other key areas under Deals through creative sourcing, market mapping, and relationship‑driven engagement
  • Conducting thoughtful recruiter screens and exploratory conversations to understand candidates’ technical capabilities, career motivations, and growth aspirations using behavioral and skills‑based interviewing techniques
  • Deliver a high‑quality, inclusive candidate experience from first contact through offer, acting as a trusted point of connection and advocate for both the candidate and the business
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers during intake and sourcing strategy discussions to clarify role requirements, success criteria, and hiring priorities
  • Share relevant market insights with all stakeholders, including talent availability, emerging skill trends, and competitive hiring dynamics, to support informed decision‑making
  • Collaborate with internal partners to understand business goals, workforce priorities, and regional hiring needs, contributing thoughtful input to hiring strategies
  • Maintain visibility into sourcing activity and pipeline progress, using insights to continuously improve how we approach and support skills-based hiring
