LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading technology company to fill their open Technical Recruiter job in Greenwood Village, CO.

Role

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $72.00 and $80.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below).

Responsibilities

• Partnering with Hiring Managers to establish search criteria for open technical positions
• Posting jobs and screening candidates
• Conducting interviews and negotiating job offers
• Maintaining candidate pipelines for upcoming hiring needs
• Entering and updating candidate information in the ATS and HRIS
• Tracking and reviewing recruiting KPIs
• Joining relevant business associations, networks, etc., both online and in person
• Attending career fairs and other hiring events
• All other related tasks as required

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Technical Recruiter role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience with ATS and/or HRIS software
• Excellent internal and external customer service skills

Compensation

• Hourly rate between $72.00 and $80.00

Location & Schedule

This job is hybrid. You will be required to work Monday - Thursday onsite in Greenwood Village. You may work from home on Fridays.
