Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on tech roles.

  • Proficiency with technical sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
