Position: Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Handling the entire end-to-end US IT recruitment process, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, short listing, obtaining required information and documents, client interview arrangements, pre and post-interview follow-up, closing and offer preparation, and delivering consultants.
  • Maintain and document applicants' and final candidates’ records management.
  • Possess strong ability to screen, interview, and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
  • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.
  • Demonstrate a keen sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize key requisitions needed for sourcing and assessing top talent.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, stress, and/or confidentiality with ease, professionalism, and savvy.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment.
  • A genuine interest in software technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your career responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
  • Proven ability to contribute in a high-paced and challenging work environment consistently and positively.
  • The ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated, and be self-directed.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with IT background
  • 5 Plus years of relevant technical talent acquisition experience.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality; has the ability to network and build effective working relationships on a proactive basis.
  • A strong track record of closures.
  • Ability to work in a team environment while exercising discretion and maintaining a high level of confidentiality with highly confidential HR information.
  • Expertise in the use of tools across multiple platforms
  • Strong headhunting skills using job boards, social media, and network channels.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to present recommendations and ideas at all organizational levels.
  • Technical coding assessment administration experience
  • Understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies is required.
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) proficiency is required.
