Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Technical Recruiter for a large enterprise client. This opportunity supports a high-volume, nationally operating organization with complex hiring needs across multiple departments. The Technical Recruiter will deliver an exceptional candidate experience and work closely with hiring leaders and talent partners to drive efficient, strategic hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for candidate inquiries throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments, managing changes and last-minute adjustments.
  • Source active and passive candidates using digital platforms, professional networks, and targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct phone screens and structured interviews to assess candidate qualifications against role requirements.
  • Partner with hiring managers and talent business partners to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end candidate pipelines within applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Develop and extend offer recommendations in collaboration with hiring stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support continuous pipeline development through networking, sourcing campaigns, and talent mapping initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting documentation standards and audit requirements across all requisitions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems (CMS).
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings and passive candidate engagement.
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed databases, or similar sourcing platforms.
  • Experience conducting structured phone screens and candidate evaluations.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-location or national hiring environments.
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and documentation standards for audit readiness.
  • Experience with high-volume requisition management and pipeline development strategies.
