About the role

The Opportunity

Bose is looking for a Level 3 Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team of 15. This isn’t just a "sourcing" role—we are looking for a full-cycle partner who can navigate complex technical domains while maintaining a high level of influence with hiring managers. You will support hiring across our four core business units: Luxury, Automotive, White-labeling, and Hearing Health.

Work Schedule & Logistics

  • Hybrid Model: On-site in Framingham Tuesday through Thursday; Remote Monday and Friday.
  • Contract Phase: Initial 3–6 month period at $50/hr.
  • The Goal: This is a contract-to-hire position intended to convert to a permanent FTE role based on performance.

Your Impact

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end process from intake meetings to offer negotiations for approximately 12–15 active requisitions.
  • Technical Expertise: Lead searches for specialized engineering talent, including Software, Embedded Systems, DSP, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Go beyond LinkedIn (seat provided) to build diverse pipelines and implement creative recruitment strategies.
  • Hiring Manager Influence: Act as a consultant to the business. You will use data to drive decisions, manage expectations, and improve pipeline health.
  • Cross-Functional Support: While technical roles are the priority, you will also flex to support non-technical corporate roles as needed.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. We value a blend of Agency and Corporate backgrounds.
  • Technical Fluency: A proven track record of understanding and "speaking the language" of hardware and software engineering.
  • Communication: Strong video interview presence and the ability to command a room (or a Zoom call).
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using dashboards and data to track SLAs (90-day fill target) and Time-to-Fill (60-day target).
  • Adaptability: The ability to pivot between high-level engineering searches and niche creative or corporate roles.
