Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end technical recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to generate robust candidate pipelines.
• Facilitate interview coordination and evaluate candidate fitment for open technical requisitions.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance employment branding and social media presence.
• Generate analytical reports regarding staffing progress, market trends, and recruitment obstacles.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, campus drives, and professional networking events.
• Convert passive leads into pre-emptive talent pools to maintain a high-demand candidate database.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of experience in full lifecycle technical recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Boolean logic, X-ray searching, and advanced internet sourcing techniques.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and database mining.
• Experience in social media recruitment, employment branding, and digital networking.
• Experience with candidate evaluation, technical screening, and offer negotiation.
• Experience in market analysis, recruitment reporting, and talent pool development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
