About

As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our organization by sourcing and screening talent. You will have the opportunity to connect skilled professionals with clients who are seeking their expertise. From sourcing to the full cycle of their consulting assignment, you will oversee the entire recruitment process. Your goal will be to understand the needs of your clients, both present and future, and match them with the best-suited candidates.

Essential Duties

  • Stand out in high-volume recruitment by creating effective strategies to attract top talent. Identify client requirements and proficiently match them with exceptional candidates.
  • Interview candidates to evaluate suitability and build strong relationships during the selection process. Ensure thorough documentation in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for all interactions. Optimize job boards and recruitment tools to streamline the recruitment process effectively.
  • Engage on social media and specialized platforms to attract talent with appealing job opportunities.
  • To ensure successful placements, understand clients' industries, value propositions, skill demands, and cultures. Proactively research and analyze competitive markets to secure a significant market share.
  • Cultivate a diverse candidate pool comprising both passive and active candidates.
  • Regularly communicate with consultants during assignments, addressing concerns and updating them on new opportunities as contracts end.
  • Prioritize candidate care to deliver a superior candidate and new hire experience.
  • Exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve exceptional results and surpass all goals.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • Proven recruitng success, a plus.
  • Excperience in customer service mentality or client service industries.

Qualities & Competencies

  • High-level of accountability and drive for high performance.
  • Having strong interpersonal skills and a keen desire to achieve exceptional results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential to success.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment is required. Excellent negiotation and presentation skills.
