About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closing candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and drive effective hiring strategies
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through outbound sourcing and creative engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technical environment
- Experience recruiting for software engineering roles (e.g., robotics, autonomy, infrastructure)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Ability to operate with high autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally
