About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment and has a strong track record of hiring top-tier technical talent.
You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing skilled professionals across a range of technical disciplines, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
- Source high-quality candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
- Screen and assess candidates for both technical capability and cultural fit
- Coordinate and manage interview processes efficiently
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Technical Recruiter within a similar environment (e.g., IT services, software development, or consulting)
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, DevOps, cloud specialists)
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and modern technology stacks
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Experience recruiting for global or distributed teams
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong sourcing skills, including headhunting and passive candidate engagement
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report on recruitment metrics
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
