About the role
Position Summary
This contract role supports recruiting efforts across multiple business areas, including corporate, marketing, finance, and technical functions. The position is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting support while partnering closely with hiring managers to execute effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
This role is best suited for a hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing skills, experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Support workforce planning aligned with approved hiring needs
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and external networks to build pipelines
- Apply advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean and X-ray searches
- Maintain and grow candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Candidate & Hiring Manager Partnership
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination
- Schedule interviews and manage feedback cycles
- Partner with hiring managers on candidate evaluation and selection decisions
- Provide market insights and candidate feedback to support hiring strategy
Recruiting Systems & Operations
- Manage requisitions and candidate activity within an applicant tracking system
- Maintain accurate documentation to support reporting and compliance requirements
- Follow established recruiting processes, policies, and employment guidelines
Market Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Stay informed on hiring trends and labor market conditions
- Use recruiting data to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle and sourcing responsibilities
- Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or specialized roles
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean and X-ray search techniques
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance practices
- Data-driven approach to recruiting decisions
Preferred:
- Experience supporting corporate, marketing, finance, or technology roles
- Experience with enterprise ATS platforms (Workday or similar)
