Talent Sourcing & Recruiting

  • Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, motivations, and alignment to project requirements
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of consultants and subject‑matter experts

Client Partnership

Sales‑Driven Recruitment Activities

  • Work in a fast‑paced, activity‑driven recruiting environment
  • Provide ongoing communication, performance support, and issue resolution

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Comfort working with metrics, goals, and structured processes
  • Experience in a staffing agency environment (IT, Engineering, EPC ideally)
  • Bachelor’s degree helpful but not required
