We’re seeking a driven, competitive, and analytical Technical Recruiter to help build our talent pipeline for engineering, IT, and federal programs. This role blends relationship‑building, technical comprehension, and sales‑oriented recruiting, with significant room for upward mobility. Talent Sourcing & Recruiting
- Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, motivations, and alignment to project requirements
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of consultants and subject‑matter experts
Client Partnership
Sales‑Driven Recruitment Activities
- Work in a fast‑paced, activity‑driven recruiting environment
- Provide ongoing communication, performance support, and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfort working with metrics, goals, and structured processes
- Experience in a staffing agency environment (IT, Engineering, EPC ideally)
- Bachelor’s degree helpful but not required
