Become a Technical Recruiter at Reboot Monkey, specializing in sourcing Data Center Technicians across the Asia-Pacific region. Your expertise will drive the success of our datacenter services worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit Data Center Technicians across APAC facilities
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess skills
- Organize a reliable DCT pool by availability and performance
- Verify certifications and references from candidates
- Coordinate new technician onboarding and safety training
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting or staffing experience
- Strong ability to assess hands-on datacenter capabilities
- Knowledge of datacenter operations and infrastructure
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Detail-oriented and proficient with tracking tools
