Position Overview

Join a rapidly growing technology-driven organization that is seeking experienced Technical Recruiters to meet a significant increase in hiring demand. This is a full-cycle recruiting role, requiring professionals who can adapt quickly, collaborate effectively with hiring managers, and manage multiple technical requisitions across engineering and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define candidate profiles, and streamline hiring processes.
  • Proactively source and engage with passive candidates using various tools and platforms.
  • Recruit for roles across systems engineering, robotics/mechanical design, field robotics support, quality/reliability engineering, and technical supply chain.
  • Assess candidate technical qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress.

Targeted Roles Include

  • Systems Engineers (PLC and electro-mechanical troubleshooting)
  • Quality Technicians and Engineers
  • Technical Category Managers (robotics components)

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally within engineering or hardware-focused environments.
  • Experience recruiting for complex technical roles (robotics experience is a strong plus, but not required).
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills and aptitude for identifying niche technical talent.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
