Company is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Technical Recruiter to join its high-performing recruiting team and support hiring across a range of technical functions, including artificial intelligence and software engineering.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and own the full recruiting lifecycle—from defining hiring requirements and sourcing talent to managing interviews and closing candidates. You’ll play a key role in helping scale world-class engineering teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, proactive recruiter with strong interpersonal skills, technical recruiting expertise, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles.
- Source and engage top technical talent through LinkedIn and other creative sourcing channels.
- Evaluate candidates for both technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
- Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and leadership teams.
- Manage the offer process in partnership with hiring managers, leadership, and HR stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Serve as a brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
- Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
- Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques

You will join our high-performing recruiting team and manage a diverse set of roles which will include positions within artificial intelligence and software. You will work closely with hiring managers and be given ownership of the entire recruiting process including qualifying requirements, sourcing, recruiting, and closing world-class engineering talent. This position requires an uncommon balance of teamwork, dedication, and interpersonal skills. - Expertise in leveraging at company's ATS to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines
- Experience working for a recruiting agency
- Experience managing complex technical roles.
